Roulette is a classic casino game where you bet on where the ball will land on a spinning wheel with the numbers 0–36 – and on some tables also 00. You start by placing your bets on the game layout in front of you. You can bet on single numbers, groups of numbers or, for example, red/black and even/odd. When all bets have been placed, the dealer says “No more bets” and the ball is set in motion on the wheel. When the ball lands in a field, the dealer announces the winning number and color. Winnings are then paid out to the players who have guessed correctly, while losing bets are removed. The winnings depend on your bet: if you bet on one number, the winnings are higher, while bets on larger groups give lower but more frequent wins. When the round is over, a new one starts – and you can place your bets again. Roulette is easy to get started with and requires no prior experience.
