In accordance with Danish gambling legislation, all guests are required to present valid photo ID at every visit.
Minimum age: 18 years.
You must present your photo ID at the entrance to the casino, and your entry ticket must be used for all transactions at the cashier.
Admission prices: A day pass costs DKK 30 before 4:00 PM and DKK 100 after 4:00 PM. Cloakroom: DKK 20. Annual passes are available as Clubs (DKK 1,390) or Diamond (DKK 990) – a great choice if you want benefits such as free parking, free entry throughout opening hours, a birthday gift, and access to all five of our Danish casinos. If you visit more than 20 times a year, you will be offered the Diamond loyalty card with even more benefits.
At Casino Copenhagen, smart attire is expected for both men and women. Sportswear, caps, sunglasses, and sleeveless T-shirts for men are not permitted, and outerwear must be checked in the cloakroom. Religious headwear is allowed as long as the face is recognizable. During the summer period (May 1 – September 30), shorts are permitted, but not sports shorts.
Smoking is not allowed at gaming tables or machines, but designated smoking booths are available in all areas.
Free Wi-Fi is available – the access code is printed at the bottom of your ticket.
Parking at Casino Copenhagen is easy and flexible with license plate recognition at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. As a casino guest, you can park for up to 15 hours for only DKK 50 by scanning the QR code at reception and entering your license plate number. You can pay via EasyPark or online up to 48 hours after parking. If you have a Gold or Silver annual pass, you receive free parking – simply contact reception to have your license plate registered.
