Danish Poker Championship

September 1 - 7, 2026 (Week 36)

Denmark's most prestigious live tournament, where the country's sharpest card players gather to fight for the title of Danish Champion. The Danish Poker Championship is not just a tournament - it is the poker event of the year where the best Danish card players compete for the honor, the prize, the trophy and a place in Danish poker history.

Danish Champion 2025

When Mads Dahlstrøm showed up at Casino Copenhagen to play the Danish Poker Championship 2025, it was his very first time playing live poker. He had secured entry to the Danish Poker Championship 2025 by finishing 2nd in the Team Championship 2025, an online tournament at Danske Spil. Few would have thought that Mads would walk away with the trophy, the title, the honor, and the DKK 1,100,000 first prize - AND a ticket to the Poker Tour 2025. Nevertheless, that's exactly what happened.

Look forward to the championship 2026
